Using models as a cost-effective and efficient way to simultaneously solve societal and scientific research problems.

Because most scientific projects focus on people and the outcome will be used by the people, scientific research process must provide solutions that can be used by people.

As opposed to conventional research, which is often focused on filling a knowledge gap and adding knowledge for the scientific community, AbundeSEG’s model-based scientific research develops an artifact (framework, methodology, software, etc.) which can be used by people to solve a problem.

AbundeSEG’s scientific research process involves understanding societal problems, using model-based techniques to develop solutions and responding quickly with artifacts to solve the problems. We believe model-based techniques are the biggest asset that can guarantee sustainability in all scientific research projects
